I had dianette as a teen for bad skin. It's a contraceptive pill so helped with moods too.

Dianette (generic name Co-cyprindol) was a bloody god send for me. I'd been covered in painful acne, face, neck and a big part of my back, for over a decade and within months I had no spots at all. None. I'd tried every cream, lotion and potion going. I actually wept when I realised I had a completely clear face.

Co-Cyprindol should be surely. It's just a generic term for the brand named Dianette. Also, I am currently on Dianette - the real one so it's certainly still on the market.

It might not be licensed as free contraception anymore for new prescriptions.

I’ve just come off dianette as Gp said they can only prescribe for 9 months. I’ve just started marvelon but too early to tell if it’s as good.

You can also use traditional antibiotics for acne, it’s just a skin infection like any other skin infection.
