Buckwheat honey for cough

Have recently read about the benefits of buckwheat honey for relieving coughs, but have not been able to find this particular type of honey in the shops. Can anyone advise where I can purchase this or suggest another type of honey which helps with coughs?

Active Manuka Honey from NZ - get in health food shops and some larger supermarkets. Have been using for years. Also great with sore throats.

Thanks sdr, when you say have been using it for years, yourself or children? Naive question but I assume this type of honey is ok for 2 yr old to take and how often would you take it?

Give it to kids and adults (gave some to my 3 year old today). There would just be the usual precaution with honey for babies. Think they don't recommend for before 8 months old, but would check for under 1 year old. Would give a small teaspoonful every 2-3 hours.
