Pressure pain bottom of stomach , middle back pain

Yes I know I have to contact my drs, I feel so bloated and uncomfortable, very gassy, eating healthily but have reflux, omperazole doing zilch, and this happens, I will be contacting my drs in the next few days , just wondering if anyone has had this, I’m mid sixties

Do you follow your food diet properly????? or take any fast in a week or months.

I’m a healthy eater, don’t drink or smoke , no I never do any fasting

Then You seek doctor help, because I m facing few health issue you mentioned in your post. The main reason for my issue is not following my diet in a proper way. I also skipping my food many times. That's Why I m asking the question "Do you follow your food diet properly????? or take any fast in a week or months.?"

I don’t ever skip meals but I do have acid reflux

I think you have Ulcer problem, but I m not sure. Because I also facing the Acid reflux due to Ulcer issue. Right Now I m overcome this issue by following proper food diet. Another thing, I also avoid to drink coffee and tea. This will help me to avoid stomach and chest burning sensation in my body.

I don’t drink coffee although I love it, it really gives me deep stomach pain as do any spices pastry, any sugary things like chocolate cakes etc give me so much gas, it’s strange you should say that jeffersonsam as I did suspect an ulcer I’m on steriods and have been for many many years continuously, which doesn’t help the situation, I will stop the tea I think although only have three a day,

Have you had a endoscopy jeffersonsam! I haven’t! I did try and get in to see dr yesterday but none available, I was due to have blood tests so the nurse said she would check kidney function blood sugar and said to bring a urine sample down tomorrow which I’m going to do, she said it could be a water infection! I don’t think it is, but I’m pleased she will check to see anyway

No Im not take any endoscopy. But I knew I had symptoms of ulcer in the starting stage. So I take proper treatment, right now God's grace I m fine and Good. I hope you will be alright in the coming days.
