Just looking for sympathy really and any wise words. Have had the above for 3 weeks now. I often get sinus infections with sinus pain and post nasal drip rather than loads of snot. They are hideous. Steroid spray or/and antibiotics usually sort them out. Have felt pretty healthy the past 6 months and seemingly been handling the stresses life has thrown at me well. But three weeks ago noticed white patches on throat and then sinus pain and the drip. On third course of antibiotics but feeling worse, although maybe need to give these ones one more day. GP of course done bloods and swab so awaiting that. I guess I have explanation for the sore throat (nasal drip and tonsil stones) but I haven't had an ongoing sore throat since I was a teenager! Can't help but worry. Am gargling salt etc for the tonsil stones but nothing shifting. Not Covid. Am under an ENT but missed my scan due to isolating and then decided with him to wait as at the time I was managing the sinus infections well with sprays etc and don't currently want surgery (it did nothing for my mum and avoiding surgery during a pandemic). Anyway, wondered if anyone else has similar
