yeah, it sort of fells like my windpipe stretches and the sensation makes me cough, i dont think its gag reflex

does it always happen,
may be you need to see an ENT surgoen?

When the muscles in my neck are really sore I have that if I tip my head to the side. Like an itch - I always put it down to the muscles being tight and pulling weridly. Have had it on and off for years so can't be anything toooo sinister!!! Have you seen an osteopath? Is it something new?

lolololol ding and chubby ding thanks, thats reasurring, i do remember having it in the past, but recently ive had it most days, eases with food and drink, plus ive been having a particulary anxious phase at the moment so im more paranoid

Is probably anxiety related then.
