I have been taking for 4 days & feel so much better

Could it be working?

Or is it just that I have done something positive so I feel better (iyswim)

i have heard people say it worked right away for them and others a few weeks.

i noticed an improvement in a couple of weeks but i had to stop taking it as it didn't seem to aggree with me/my skin.

the brand can make a difference too i think. i found quest sjw really good while the kira one did nothing.

anyway glad you feel better!

I think my DH could do with some of this.

Does it just make you feel more positive about things?

Katymac · 14/12/2007 16:11

Not necessarily more positive maybe just better able to deal with crap?

Mind you it's different for different people
