Anyone know anything about possible foot injury?!

Long story short went a long walk 3 days ago, around 12 Milles. Wasn't expecting to walk far so had on old trainers.
Walked fine, tripped a couple of times over tree routes but didn't go over on my ankle.
By the end of the walk and over the last 2 day pain in the circled area is getting progressively worse. Only hurts when walking, weight bearing or point/flex toes.

I've tried icing it, resting it, heat, elevation, ibuprofen but it's so sore today it's making me feel a bit sick. Wearing shoes is worse when bare feet.

There's no bruising, no obvious injury.

Do I need to get it seen to? It's very localised but so bloody sore!
DH is sick of my grimacing face and telling me to get it sorted 🙄

I’d go to a minor injuries clinic and see if they’ll X ray it.

If these no bruising or swelling and you can’t remember rolling on it, it’s unlikely to be a significant fracture or ligament tear. Possibly over use irritation of the tendon and sheath. 2 days is quite a short time. Try to keep it moving gently, ice for another day if it feels inflamed, on day 4 switch to warmth and see how it feels. No bruising or swelling is a really good sign, it should settle in a few days. If you’re still having a lot of trouble after a week try minor injuries.

That's my thinking.

Think DH is just sick of me hobbling about not that he's done anything to help round the house mind
