Stress incontinence with a bad cough

Desperately need advice! I've had a nasty cough for just over 2 weeks. Never had such a violent cough before (and I'm asthmatic doing prone to bad chest infections/bronchitis). It switches between dry and wet/productive. Fever appears randomly every few days. Even makes me vomit. PCR was negative.

I've done an e consult with my drs, but haven't heard from them yet. Should hopefully get a call tomorrow.

However, my main issue is the urinary incontinence! It's not even a leak at this point, it's a fountain every single time I cough. I'm wearing Tena incontinence pads (the ones that puff up like a nappy) and I'm even leaking through these! I've been going through 3-4 pairs a day and still fill them up. Even after going to the toilet, it feels like I'm having a full wee 5 mins later if I cough.

I work Tuesday-Thursday so am due in tomorrow but can't bare the idea of pissing myself all day at work. It's hard to go and discreetly change my "nappy" especially as I'll need to take my bottoms off and likely someone would see this from the gap under the cubicle. I also work in a contact centre so am literally on calls all day which aggravates the cough. I'm already on sickness monitoring for tonsillitis and norovirus so cannot call in sick. I'm so stressed 😭

Is there anything magical the GP can prescribe me to either surprise the cough or stop the wee that works immediately?
