I only went and googled - small lump on vulva

Never had one before but noticed pea sized lump, white in colour (DH checked) at bottom of vulva.

I’ve heard of bartholian cysts but google tells me that over 40’s should have them removed to check for cancer

Any reassurance gratefully received

I've had quite a few dubious lumps over the years (I'm 40). All turned out to be different things and there is a myriad of things they could be OP, try to not worry unduly.

Sorry it turned out to be a cyst OP, but a six month wait? That's also horrendous if you are in so much pain with it. I hope it gets sorted sooner than that
