My period is 3 days late, I'm getting period pain and my usual just no blood

I stopped Depo Injection way over a year ago now and my periods finally returned, they have been on time which I track through the Flo app and I've got into a good routine of knowing when they're coming. My period was meant to start Friday. It's now Sunday and no sign, I've had pains in the vaginal area like cramps, headaches and just my usual stuff but no period. Each time I go to the toilet I'm expecting period as it feels but nothing :( I did take a pregnancy test but in the left window it was like the line stopped and that happened twice! so I don't think I'm pregnant..

Is one line in the left window positive? Or should it be two?

It was like it was meant to be one line but then it cut out half way, if that makes sense. Hope picture shows what I mean :( but both windows 1

I doubt so much as all the times we've had unprotected it's never happened..I sometimes think due to my heavy and painful periods that I have endo! I'm 26..I think it would be a huge shock! but not a bad thing!

But like the PP said, is a horizontal line a positive on the test you did or are you looking for a cross?

Well that’s good because that could well be a positive test! The line stopping doesn’t void it - it’s whether it’s picked up the hormones in your wee. Early pregnancy often feels like your period is coming.

This was the test I bought and think it needs a cross to be pregnant but my line died out and just assumed the other window because it wasn't a cross was negative pregnancy test..I hope I make sense (ADHD brain! doesn't follow instructions too well)

Ah, ok! I thought you just needed a line - sorry if I misunderstood

I did recheck and the same thing happened again with the line dying out on the left..it fades so had panicked it was void!

Yep, it's odd as to why period isn't here and the test is :(

From what you've said I reckon you will get it in the next few days. If not I'd do a couple more tests just to make sure.

Silly thing but have you had a covid jab? I had a Pfizer one and it messed with my periods and I felt like I was about to start but it was delayed.

Buy a First Response Early Response test, they are easier to read and sensitive so will give you a definitive answer.

Funny you mention I had the astra and it made my first period after it really painful, last few periods have been on time but just been more sore..last got jag May time!

My endo does sometimes do this. Either I start off day 1 with very heavy bleeding but not so much pain, or I get a few days of horrible pains and then a not particularly heavy period.

Had my last jab in May which made more recent periods painful! I'll buy one of them if it doesn't show up! Funny enough the tests name is clear blue easy to read but when I google, it doesn't seem that way lol. X

Did you get diagnosed with endo and anything for it? My gynaecologist wouldn't test and just gave me some acid stuff that's meant to help during heavy periods..
