anyone else got NHS direct on speed dial?

am waiting for the doctor to come out and sort out something for steves pain, he has been on maximum pain killers all day and they are only working for a couple of hours now.
NHS direct were lovely and have put him to the top of the list so will wait and see how long they take to send someone.

the doctor came out and gave him some anti sickness med and some morphine, it must be good stuff as he slept well last night and is still asleep.
