...um that's it really, it isn't massive, but I do have an overhang. I think I was given a leaflet of exercises to do in hospital which I promptly chucked out.

Is that it, am I doomed or is there anything I can do? Please help as it is ruining an otherwise fabulous figure

I didn't even have a cs and I have one of those (and without the fabulous figure to go with it!).

I'm not sure how you make it go - it's like extra skin - I think it can get better over time but you're still left with something (my youngest is now 6). I actually find it looks better carrying a little bit of extra weight than it does being under/on target weight.

Not in a million years...

crap. Would doing those exercises have made an difference? Or do I want to know?

no, no difference I reckon

pukkapatch · 09/12/2007 18:54

perhaps a miniscule difference.

its the difference between a womans body and a girls body. youjust have to accept it, gracefully,or embrace plastic surgery big time

Nope my first ever posting name on here was gymjunkie, I was in the gym 3- 4 days a week, I enjoyed it and so did my Mummy Tummy.

Sorry...

santaslittlepeatbogelf · 09/12/2007 18:56

You (and I) REEEEEAAAALLLY don't want to know! I have it, chucked the leaflet, thought, I'll go to the gym when no. 3's off the boob -- HA HA HA. Luckily dh doesn't give a toss, and M&S do fab control pants for when I want to fit into a slinky number.

oh well, never mind. I kind of figured it was hopeless. TBH unless it was something I could do whilst comfortably sat in front on MN or on the sofa it probably wasn't going to happen anyway.
