Lump on boob but think it's a spot - ring GP?

Had a little feel for lumps this evening and I felt a little bump. Had a look and it's all red. It does look just like a spot doesn't it? It feels like a pea under the skin. I can't be going to see the doctor about a spot can I? Should I give it a couple of days to see what happens?

Give it a couple of days, but if it doesn’t go away - see the doctor. If the redness starts spreading or you get other symptoms (like fever etc), then see the doctor more urgently.

Is it tender like a spot can be? It definitely looks like one. As PP said, I'd give it a few days to see if it disappears.

It's not tender to touch but the side of my boob is a little bit sore when I lift my arm or move about.
