DDH and clicky joints?

When my daughter was 10 weeks, we were told she had Hip Dysplasia. She had a harness for 6 weeks which made no difference, so she had a plaster cast for 6 weeks, had it off yesterday for a scan a her hip is perfect!
However, the day before she had it removed I noticed a cliking in her knee and it felt like it was jumping. I told the doctor and he didn't think anything of it.
But today all I can hear is clicking! Her knee and her shoulders or somewhere in the upper body is clicking when she moves!
Is this common with DDH? Has anyone ever heard of this? It is rather scary!

My daughter is about to go in a spica cast and tbh I notice every single little click her body makes now.
I have some hypermobility myself so I'm used to the noise but I am noticing every single little click I hear from her now, today I picked her up and was convinced I could hear her spine clicking, I think I'm just too sensitive now, and as she is my first I have nothing to compare her to !
Not a helpful reply I know, but I sort of know what you are going thru !
