Tinging/buzzing feeling in my thigh and dizziness

I've had a few weeks of stressing about daily headaches behind my right eye that the GP believed were related to sinusitis which have since all put disappeared, but over the last 5 days I've started having what I can only describe as a buzzing feeling in the top of my right leg- it feels like there's a mobile phone/bee in there. Happens mainly when I'm standing but also sometimes sitting and it's always in the same place. I've also experienced some dizziness throughout each day where if I'm looking at something then look up I feel all woozy (a bit like being drunk). I'm absolutely shattered but have a 14 month old baby who isn't a great sleeper and now I have the added overthinking too.

I'm now petrified all over again that I may have something like a brain tumour or MS (I suffer from health anxiety) and it's making me lose sleep but I can't even get in to see the GP!

Has anyone had any similar symptoms before and it all turned out ok? I don't know where I can go from here to get help.

I get this kind of thing at intervals. I think it's muscles and nerves and tendons getting hyper excited! A bit like a cramp, or that nervous twitch you sometimes get in an eye. Well, I do, anyway!
Like a fluttering.

I'd concentrate on positive health things, like plenty of sleep and a nutritious diet rather than on negative things like that funny twinge and this funny ache.

Yes I get this buzzing feeling in different parts of my body and also lots of twitches. It's called benign fasiculation syndrome.

I also get vestibular migraine which cause me right sided headache and face ache and dizziness.

I don't think it's migraine as my head doesn't seem to be hurting much anymore - it's now manifested with the buzzing in my leg/dizziness
