How to get rid of on and off cold for months

I'm so sick or being under the weather. Right now I have a very mild sore throat a headache that feels like a dehydration one and dry eyes. For the last 4 months I'd say I've been completely well for about
4 separate days.
I don't know if I keep catching new viruses or if it never really goes away. Sometime I have a sinus headache sometimes, im stuffy, sometimes it's a migraine.

I've tried taking antihistamine which didn't make a difference so I don't think it's an allergy.
My youngest picks up every bug that's going in nursery and obvs brings it home.
My husband thinks I should speak to GP but I can't being myself to make an app about a cold even if it is an extended one.

I don't know what to do.

Sambucol. I swear by it.

Also, do see GP. Being sick for that long isn't normal.

I'm the same, but I'm pregnant so I'm blaming that. I think there are a lot more bugs going round this year after lockdown ended, and once you get one or two and your immune system is depleted, it can be easy to just keep getting them, especially with a little one at nursery (been there!). You can take an immune support vitamin - I normally take a vit C + zinc tablet on top of a normal multivitamin, but at the moment I'm only taking a pregnancy multivitamin, so I am partly blaming that for my back to back colds. Currently coughing up all sorts of nasty stuff from the last cold, but also got a sore throat which just feels like the start of another - great. I hope you manage to get a chance to rest and find something that helps.
