I’ve had a sore throat, awful cough, headache, temp, tiredness since Monday of last week - pain down one side of throat (no visible infection) and cough is dry, non productive and worse at night. Anyone any suggestions about what it might be and how to get rid of it? I’ve got honey, anaesthetic throat spray and have been taking paracetamol and ibuprofen every 4 hours since it started, I’m worn out
