I’ve been having right arm pain (I say pain but it’s not really a pain its a dull ache, heavy feeling) for a few months now. It’s really uncomfortable and worse at night. I have a mild scoliosis so I don’t know if it’s to do with that, but it sometimes goes to my neck and upper back.
As the pain is not excruciating I’m u sure when to see doctor and feel a bit silly describing it to receptionist when booking appointment. Any ideas?

It's totally reasonable for you to go to your GP to get this checked out. It is causing you discomfort and hasn't gone away.
