Iron deficiency be cause of ibuprofen?

I am guessing I have iron deficiency. I will call doctors tomorrow. Past few weeks I have been extremely exhausted which has become worse and worse. Ringing in my ears. Headaches. Dizziness. I have been taking ibuprofen for about 4 months on and off about 4 times a week due to long covid extreme muscle aches and pains etc. I have googled it and I’m so worried now! Have seen it can cause stomach bleeding that can go unnoticed for a while until it hits this point. Has anyone had this before? I am calling the doctors tomorrow morning but I just wanted to know if anyone else has had this and what was done about it?

I literally went to the doctors today with same symptoms except not dizzy Had blood tests and prescribed serc 16 which is for vertigo and Ménière's disease so I'm unsure if I should take them as I'm not dizzy. Ringing in ears is exhausting!!

tbh it's inlikely unlessyou were taking something to protecf your stomach ag the same time (omeprazole etc).

gastric issues from nsaids (ibuprofen etc) are very painful.

but definitely see the gp and discuss the issues you have.
