Caption says it all really, I'm just curious as I'm not spinning but I'm swaying side to side and feel a bit dizzy like my head is moving side to side, I'm curious if vertigo can cause this sensation?

Yes. Sometimes vertigo feels like my head is "swimmy". It's not always spinning for me. Do you know what is causing it?

No I don't, I'm due to have an MRI and see a specialist next year as the waiting list is so long but I was hoping it was something as simple as vertigo, feels like my left ear is blocked aswell and keeps clicking
