Advice on toddlers poo please!!

My dd1 is nearly 2 and since last monday she has had diarrhea its been green orange yellow and now its brown.Went to the doctor on friday he wasnt that concerned he didnt take her temp or check her over he just said if shes like it next week and your concerned bring her back or take her to the hospital.dd2 is 5 months and yesterday she had diarrhea but not sure if thats because we have just started her on baby rice?I really dont know what to do because they are happy and everything is fine except their poo.
Any advice?Thanks.x

Do you only reply to the people you know or am i posting in the wrong place?I cant be the only one with a toddler with diarrhea.

The fact that both girls have it probably means it's a bug?
If anything I'd have thought babyrice would firm up the poo rather than the other way around.
I'd book another appointment and take both girls (maybe with stool samples to provide) if it hasn't changed by tomorrow.

Are they drinking normally and aren't lethargic or ill?
