and althou we have been waiting for this now i am anxious. Steve has forgotten about it at the moment.
when i mentioned it the other day he was tearful as he thinks the tumour has grown.

so the best news we can hope for is that the tumour has been shrunk with the radio & chemo, that will at least buy him more time.
after the scans we will have to wait until tuesday for the results.

Hope Steve got through today ok. When do you get results ?

panic not, scan went ok, blood tests went ok and steves mum took him to her house for tea afterwards,he is worn out now and in bed.
appointment on tuesday with the consultant for the results.

My husband had three grade 4 brain tumors so I do know what you're going through. It's just one long unpleasant rollercoaster ride. Do you get the results tomorrow or is it yet another long wait? Good luck for tomorrow. My husband could sleep for England too!

Results on tuesday. Steve has four GBM tumours they removed as much as they could but he has 4 bits left.

OJ, I've not posted on your threads before, but have been following your struggle with this dreadful disease.

I want to wish you and Steve all the best for next week. Every day when I come on mumsnet i check to see how you guys are doing.....i have everything crossed for Steve.
