Sinus Pain in an 8 year old - best remedy please

painkillers and that being over a steamy sink witha towel over his head. It will loosen the mucus if he has sinusitis. If he does have a sinus infection then you might need antibiotics. Its one of the few things I'd suggest them for as its a bugger to shift and the pain is truly awful, Like being punched in the face.
If you have eucalyptus and lavender essentail oil stick that in the water but make sure he doesn't scald himself.
