Best treatment for wart on eddge of thumbnail

It is a sort of cauliflower shape and does not hurt

I used wart freezing spray on a wart that sounds similar-I applied it to the point of pain-which I think was more than the directions stated-but it soon dropped off and didn’t come back

I thought I had a wart on one finger and it was something else (a pyogenic granuloma) so I would get it checked first to make sure it is a wart and not something else. I appreciate that health appointments are not easy to get at the moment though.
