Just wanted a bit of a moan. This is only the second time I've ever had it and I am feeling v sorry for myself (and my poor fanjo)

I've got some Canesten Duo, taken the tablet and applying the cream - anyone know how long it takes to start easing the discomfort?

TIA

its completely miserable, i can totally sympathise, and you cant really go round telling everyone about it either! I would go to bed and try to sleep and tablet will have started to work by morning and you will be feeling 100% better.

by the way try eating lots of natural live yogurt in your everyday diet, it seemed to help me, people tell you to put live yogurt on your fanjo too, but that never worked for me, just made me smell!!

The Dr seems to think it's down to the fact that i'm drinking 1-2 bottles of wine a week now, after about a 4 year break from alcohol (3 pregnancies).
Gutted. I love wine.

Thanks, hope things settle down by morning.
