somach bug in pregnancy

I am 6 weeks pregnant and think i caught a stomach bug from DS. He has had sickness and diarrhea, i was sick this morning but think it was morning sickness and ive only had to rush to the loo once. However my tummy feels dodgy and im off food.
Does anyone know if theres a risk to my pregnancy, im getting paranoid that all types of things could happen.

Had this a few weeks ago at same stage, I checked with Doctors and they siad will not harm baby, keep up fluids, keep warm, I found the Lucozade sports drinks helped as well.

I had a stomach bug at about the same stage and my DD is fine

..also my tummy got dodgy as part of my morning sickness!

I am currently 6weeks gone and I am experiencing the same had sickness during the night then really bad stomach this morning had to use the loo twice! I've called my gp surgery gonna speak to nurse later check all is ok because i'm sure I did'nt experience this with my other pregnacy even though it was 7years ago can't remember feeling like this? I have also for the pass two days felt really hungrey then when im eating feel sick its not nice I know thats probally just part of pregnacy but can't but help worry. If any has and comments or advice would be greatfull. THANKS
