Does anyone take krill oil for their joints?

Someone I know recommended taking krill oil to help with my aching joints.

It's not something I'd heard of before but reading up on it I noticed that it's recommended for a lot of uses (many perimenopausal related so that's a bonus for me!) although helping joint pain doesn't appear to be be the main benefit.

I just wondered what people's experiences were before I order some

Yes I do. As well as trying to increase my omega 3 via diet. Only a month so far so nothing obvious to report although my skin is a lot better which I have come to understand is a benefit of krill oil. I think I need at least 3 months to see if any benefit to joints. Worth a try I think.

I am also trying to reduce my omega 6 (processed food) as per the book Why we Eat too much.

Yes apparently skin and hair can improve.

Well I've ordered some so will give it a go

I also like that it doesn't repeat on you unlike cod liver oil.
