Hi I have had an enlarged spleen for about 6 months due to Epstein Barr virus. It had felt like it went down in size but today I keep getting stabbing pains under my left rib and tender to touch. Has anyone’s spleen erupted before and what were your symptoms? I’m getting worried. I have a 10 month old to care for and the last thing I need is to to be in a&e. Really dreading it. Anyone ? Thanks
