Rosuvastatin and chest pain

Hi, I started taking 20mg of Rosuvastatin two weeks ago, since then I’ve been getting chest pains. I take propranolol for anxiety occasionally and initially assumed this what was causing the chest pain but now I’m certain it’s the Rosuvastatin. I have Fibromyalgia so no stranger to pain. I’m just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if it passes or if it’s something I should be bring up with my GP.

I understand the seriousness of chest pain, it definitely feels like my anxiety rather than anything serious but I’m not anxious about anything at the moment. It can only be the Rosuvastatin.

@AliceMcK Do mention it to your GP. They can always change your medication and see how you get on. Or maybe ask the pharmacist if it’s easier.
