Bump on head, no worrying symptoms but reassure me anyway...

DS (age 3) fell over today and smaked his head on a metal fence. He has a lovely goosse egg with a small scrape in the middle of it. He has not been unconscious, or puked, or bled from nose or ears, and is in fact full of yelling energy and has eaten his own bodywieght in donuts.

So are there any sudden symptoms he might throw in the middle of the night or should I stop flapping?

Thanks all. DS remained fine all evening and went off to bed with no problems, so I think he's unscathed.
