Pain on one side of face

At the beginning of this week i felt my cheek bone and eye were sore on the right hand side of my face. Then the roof of my mouth got really sore and raw and it almost felt like tooth ache round the gums on my bottom jaw. But only on the right hand side. Tonight I've noticed my glands are swollen on the right hand side and my ear is also sore.
Any idea what this could be?

Sometimes shingles manifests like this.

Possibly shingles - this needs antiviral medication as it's your face
Possibly sinusitis - the pressure can cause widespread facial pain.

Do you have any rash or mouth ulcers?
Have you been unwell or stressed recently?
Does it get worse when you lean forward?

No rash, I've not been unwell and it doesn't get worse when i lean forward.
I didn't realise this could be a sign of shingles. Ill call the Doctors on Monday.

Could be trigeminal neuralgia

I get all off this, except the swollen glands, with sinusitis
Usually last a few days
I do steam inhalations with menthol

I do tend to get swollen glands if I'm run down. That's been about 6 days now. Today my mouth doesn't feel quite as raw. But I've barely eaten the last 2 days to try and not aggravate it.

Funnily enough I'm feeling run down again and have a sore mouth, ears and glands. I had totally forgot about posting this so it's weird I've got the same symptoms!

@Plump82 oo no :( my glands always hurting too when my ears do :( how long does it last ? X

Well this time has been weeks. I should phone the doctors but work is so hectic I just don't get the chance

I had similar symptoms with sinusitis though sometimes it is extremely painful.
