Anyone else's dc got this horrible coughing/temp virus?

Dd has been coughing for a few days but seems well in herself otherwise. Ds (almost 3yrs) however is now running a temp with it and is exhausted How long is it likely to last and when do I start worrying about chest infections etc (he had pneumonia last year so I get a bit paranoid about it)? HELP!

DS aged 18 months has had this for a week.Well the cough has been here for a month but the fever and vomiting and rash has all been in the past week. Doctor says it viral, just keep giving the calpol etc. I have cleaned out his room from top to bottom in case dust was aggravating it and have been putting a wet towel on his radiator with olbas oil. Today he woke up with conjunctivitus. Off to see what I can get to clear that up. Keep smiling everyone
