Low HRV and resting heart beat

Hi
I’ve been having some weird symptoms lately (posted in autoimmune) and have seen a neurologist for muscle weakness in my leg and arm, I think I have foot drop on one side. Anyway he thinks it’s nothing sinister but an over active central nervous system. Am awaiting mri to confirm nothing more serious. I also have lower back pain so mri may show disc issues??

However I am worried about my health as I think this muscle weakness could be linked. I have been having dizzy spells and balance issues as well as all over joint paint in back, hand etc. I have sleep issues where I seem to wake having panic attacks but I wonder if this is adrenaline. Anyway I’ve been tracking my heart rate on my Apple Watch because of the dizziness and fatigue and I’ve noticed the past 6 weeks I’ve been feeling unwell my HRV is really low, it never really goes above 55 and many times it’s mid 30s and sometimes low 20s. My resting heart rate is always below 60, sometimes below 50. Is this worrying or normal?

I should also say I have a prolactinoma which is currently managed with medication.

Any advise or thoughts what this could be or or where to go next if mri is clear? Thanks
