Adult tooth coming through but milk teeth still in place

ds1 (who is coming up to 6) has an adult incisor coming through behind his milk teeth at the bottom. Both bottom middle milk teeth are wobbly but not very. Do I need to get him to a dentist asap or should I wait and see?

DD1's top tooth was barely wobbly at all when it fell out, it may come out really soon.

ds1 had two top teeth and two bottom teeth come up behind the milk teeth
dentist didnt want to do anything, said it was common for this to happen
the milk teeth fell out eventually and everything looks grand now

Yes, very common. My dd had this and my dentist friend showed me her dd's teeth. She had a full row of adult behind the milk teeth and dentist friend wasn't worried.

Thanks ladies . I need to book him in for a routine check up anyway so he will be seen soon but at least I don't have to get an emergency appointment then.

My brother had two rows of teeth top & bottom and the milk ones did drop out eventually. His dentist wasn´t worried & his adult teeth are perfectly healthy
