Hormonal spots & funny periods

Over the last 6 months, my periods have become irregular & I'm getting loads of spots around my jawline & chin. I had cystic acne as a teenager & had to take roaccutane in my early 20s, so really want to nip this in the bud.

Not sure I want to go on the pill as it's been a bit of a libido killer for me in the past. Any suggestions? Or any pills that could help but won't turn me into a sexless potato?

Are you putting on weight too and having more facial hair than normal?? It could be that you have polycystic ovaries - you probably don't but it might be worth a trip to the doctor. You could possibly go onto the mini pill if you are not using it as contraception it might be enough to put things back on track.
