Lichen Sclerosus Diagnosis - Anyone have any tips?

Hi,
My first post on Mumsnet! As the title suggests I was diagnosed with LS yesterday after suffering for over two years with what was diagnosed as thrush, vulvodynia, VA and now finally, this. I’m 36.
I’m hoping there are some MN-ers that can help me out with some tips. How do you manage it? What laundry detergent do you use? What kind of underwear doesn’t irritate? What’s the best emollient / moisturiser/ barrier cream? Have you identified any triggers?
Any advise would be welcome. I’ve been prescribed dermovate.

Check out comfyskin.co.uk, plenty of info there. And try Paladin which is a nappy rash cream but effective for LS as a barrier cream. There is info regarding this cream on comfyskin.co.uk.
