I've recently had a massively negative experience at a certain dental practice in Summertown, Oxford (UK). Obviously not about to name and shame them on here, but it would be most interesting to see if anyone else may have had a similar bad experience within the last few years..? If so, I'd be happy to PM you (or be PM'd). Being new to the area, I had no local recommendations to go on, so took my chances with this one, but think I have been very unlucky...not sure what to do when so let down by a supposedly good practice! Any comments welcomed as I try to recover from a traumatic experience there
