Boobs on DD2

My 3 week old DD seems to have discs of firm material under her nipples/chest area as though she is developing breasts! We will speak to the midwife on her next visit. Anyone come across this though?

Yes hannahken180, my ds2 had it. Neither ds1 nor dd had had it and it freaked me out! It's just hormone from your body still in hers. Don't worry about it, it'll go very soon.

Yes don't worry, my ds2 had it too, get your MW to have a look and call the doc if it gets painful to the touch.
