Itchy neck, shoulders, ears in morning

Last couple of weeks I've been itchy from the shoulders up to my chin - including ears and bottom of my face but not my scalp.

Everywhere is a bit red but not really noticeable if you weren't looking.

Nothing has changed - same washing powder/ hair and skin products.

I'm probably peri-menopausal. Could it be to do with that?

Yep perimenopause will do that. Sounds like the shampoo or conditioner you have my sympathy.

Have you checked for headlice just to be on the safe side?

Or a new brand of washing powder as it could be from the duvet or pillow around that area overnight.

I'm not using anything different at all. Maybe I'll try a different washing powder and shampoo etc in case they've changed slightly or I've developed some kind of allergy.
