low level fever after dental bone graft

H i had a bone graft just over a week ago and keep getting low fevers, I feel fine then just weak and have to rest alot, is this normal? the gum site is healing fine and not painful at all.

I did get some antibiotics and have just finished the course.

My husband does a lot of bone grafts and he said if it happened to his patient he'd want to know so I'd give them a call tomorrow
