Trapped nerve in wrist

Very painful is there anything that will help.

I have tendonitis because of lifting 7m old baby. The only thing that's helped has been strapping it up at night. That's when you move and aggrivate it most. I used ds muslin square, but you can buy a proper strap.

Not sure if it would help a trapped nerve or not, but probably worth a try. i noticed a difference after one night.
