Enlarged pituitary gland - panicking please help

I have just had MRI results showing that I have an enlarged pituitary gland and need a further a MRI to look at it and also an appointment with an endocrinologist.

I am panicking. I have just recovered from breast cancer and it looks like I might now have a brain tumour. I feel like I just can't cope with this. I don't know what to do.

Sorry, no, I am not a medical doctor, I just know this area because it is related to my research.

@Bourbona

I've also been feeling really anxious/shaky/high adrenaline recently which I put down to anxiety but I wonder if there is a link to this as well? I've also recently been diagnosed with tachycardia and am on beta blockers.
Hello @Bourbona I have pituitary macroadenoma. I have been given hormone meds. I also have been getting re-occuring chest pains that are so bad that I have already collapsed four times because the pain tightens my heart and chest making it hard to breathe. So I went to hospital many times for this ongoing chest pain issue, the medical team said it could be anxiety or that I need to increase my dose for an anti blood clot injection I am on.
