What works on heat rash?

DP has a sore rash on his hands that comes up when it's hot, antihistamines are one recommended fix but they (piriton) aren't touching it.

Is it definitely a heat rash? I have tried Aloe Vera and I find that works well for me. I have a large plant so I use the leaves of that but you can also buy bottles of it in the shops. I'm not a medical expert though so maybe check with your GP or Pharmacy as they could look at the rash and tell you what it is for certain and how to best treat it.

Calamine lotion?

@yellowsubmarines yep, it's gone again now that it's not hot. Also ironically he just binned an aloe plant because it was causing an nuisance 😅
