|I broke my right wrist 7 weeks ago and had the cast removed a week ago. I'm in my late 50's, so |I expect recovery to take a while.
It seems to be going quite well so far. I can do most household tasks that aren't heavy lifting, the stiffness has improved and I can even crochet. Still painful though, but I'm very motivated to get back to as normal a state as possible.
The one thing that's really bothering me is how sensitive my skin is. It feels a bit like severe sunburn and it's very uncomfortable when anything or anyone touches it. Has anyone else experienced this or know how long this is likely to last?
