Hi guys. I'm 37+2 today... very close to not sure if I'm just worrying.

The last week I've had extreme fatigue. I can sleep for ten hours at night, Nap it the day and still sleep again for hours at night. This morning I woke up and I was having heart palpitations, my limbs just felt weak and slow and I was just out of breath. This afternoon I've stood up and had kaleidoscope vision for a few seconds. My urine sample and blood pressure was fine on Friday when my midwife checked so no idea what this could be or if it's even anything to worry about?

What does everyone think?😩not sure if I'm just being over the top here!

I'd ring your midwife to be on the safe side. She might want to check your blood glucose. Good luck.

Sorry to hear that you’re feeling like this OP. I mean this in the kindest way possible..
Don’t ask us.. Call your midwife!!! It’s very important that you are seen and checked over.
I hope all is well 💐

You definitely should ring the hospital. When I was pregnant I was fine apart from a brief moment of silver floaters and I was called straight in.

I'd call the maternity unit and get it checked out. Have you felt baby move? When was the last time?

ggggrace · 14/06/2021 17:58

@faithfulbird20 yeah! Baby is moving loads so he seems ok!😂just feel awkward about ringing as I was in last week thinking my waters broke when I just weed myself 🙃😂

You need to get seen again, call the maternity unit.

Things can change very quickly in late pregnancy. I was at a midwife appointment when I was 41 weeks and everything was fine as usual, not even a trace of protein in my urine and blood pressure low end of normal as it had been my whole pregnancy.

The next day I was at the hospital for reduced movements and while DS was fine I had ++ protein in my urine, diagnosed with pre eclampsia and DS was born via c section the next day.

Hilarious lol about the pee story

I'd go again and get checked out. Are his/her movements more than usual? I had similar experiences closer to the time...maybe ur bodies just getting ready for labour..that's why ur sleeping a lot

ggggrace · 14/06/2021 18:30

@faithfulbird20 not more than usual just very strong. Did you have any problems on the end or?

Could you have low iron? Either way, get checked out by a professional as soon as you can Smile
