Sore nipples around ovulation - what can I do!

They are unbearable! Have been every cycle probably for the last six months, I've tracked it and it coincides with the week I ovulate. My breasts themselves aren't sore but the nipples, the nipples!! Does anybody else get this and if so is there anything you can do to ease it? Paracetamol does nothing

I get ovulation pain as well, no idea if the two are connected.

No advice but I get this too. Seems to have started when I was about 30 and I haven’t found anything that helps.

Crossing my arms or rolling over in bed is torture.

I used to get this. Strangely it stopped, along with all PMT, after giving birth to first DC!

Mine has come on since having kids, it wasn't as bad before .I also find this torture @DesMartinsPetCat. I can feel cloth on them - even wearing a vest top is torture. Argh!
