Asthma/chest tightness

I get chest tightness when the kids stress me and it is happening more easily. What do I do to stop it or to make it go away?

Do you have any inhalers? If you just have the blue one then it might be time to ask the GP/nurse for a preventer inhaler. If you already use one of those then you might need to ask about increasing the doseage. It will take a week or two to start making a difference but it should help.

I do have inhalers. It only comes on when stressed though.
