It's directly underneath my belly button, very central, just above where squishy tummy turns to hard pelvic bone.
It feels like when you've over done it with the core exercises, but is in the wrong place? Plus I haven't done any since I first noticed it.
It started about 4 weeks ago and it's getting worse. Not agony by any means, but an annoying niggle.
I don't feel in enough pain to justify seeing "someone" about it but it's definitely not quite right.
