Are these blood tests results that bad

Iron 7.8umol tranfenion saturion 12% folate 1.5ng/ml and ferritin 31

Even without the reference ranges, they don't look great.

Ferritin, for example, needs to be about half way through the reference range to be optimal.

Iron deficiency. Did you ask for a test because you feel tired, brain fog, hair loss etc?
