Right - me and DP's DD have got the beasties. She has had them for a while now and we're finding har to get rid of them and now I have just caught 2 of the little beggars in my hair.

Anyone got any fantastic cures for them??

Have tried Full Marks solution and also the extortionataly (sp.) priced comb from Boots that is supposed to be 100% effective.

When my DD caught these, I found the only effective method of completely eradicating them was combing (with a £1 nit comb) every 2nd day for 2 weeks. This gets all of them as they go through their life cycle. I used Nice n Clear which is a natural conditioner when combing. As long as you do this and the source also eradicates then you have a very good chance of becoming clear.I found distracting my DD with TV or something to eat helped as we combed. Good luck!!
